Lois Lange is the founder of boutique executive search firm, Hugo Lang International. She brings more than 7 years experience as a specialist executive search consultant completing challenging national and international assignments with an enviable success record across numerous industry sectors and professional and technical disciplines.

Lois has previously worked for two executive recruitment companies, one Perth based firm as a senior executive search consultant, to add research rigour to the company’s core ad/search business. The other as managing consultant executive search for a multinational recruitment consultancy, where she also represented the company for sponsorships and community involvements such as judge for the West Australian Business News 40 Under 40 Entrepreneurial Awards.

From her Master of Organisational Psychology studies at Curtin University, Lois brings the experience of broader human resource management and development, organisational consulting and psychometric assessment. Applications include outplacement, career transition and leadership coaching, assessment and development. Her earlier career was spent in management positions in the financial services sector, bringing a commercial perspective to Human Capital imperatives.

Our dedicated Research Consultant has more than 15 years experience in senior positions in executive recruitment and research with early roots in the financial services sector, including funds management, investment banking, stockbroking, corporate advisory, and accounting.

For the last 7 years whilst working with Lois Lange, Erik has also developed industry networks and a depth of knowledge and expertise in the following sectors; engineering, mining, oil & gas, environmental and project management. He has completed work in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand, America, and South Africa. His expertise in developing highly targeted ‘just-in-time’ industry data adds considerable value to each assignment enabling the client to identify the best people in the marketplace. His clear concisely tailored comprehensive research fits into defined, yet flexible deadlines to ensure the project reaches a timely and successful outcome.
