Strategic Replacement: The client is a not-for-profit research corporation with a Board of Directors consisting of senior executives of international resources majors and academic leaders, with close association with a Canadian University. During Hugo Lang’s due diligence process it was apparent that the successful candidate for a previous Hugo Lang executive search assignment was key to the leadership succession plan for this organisation. Also, our research process indicated that a Canadian service provider had failed in their search for a suitable President or VP succession plan .
Solution: From our knowledge and global research data development Hugo Lang was able to identify and offer a highly relevant and suitable candidate from Australia as successor, directly into the retiring President’s role as a solution.
