This strategy would also develop multidisciplinary knowledge and skills that would integrate with core business to provide broader solutions to their clients.

Solution: Initially, the Hugo Lang Consultant and Research Associate were engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Project Manager, Water. The national search identified the pool of talented senior management in this specialized niche market resulting in the appointment of a National Operations Manager for Water. This key executive has strategically built a profitable new business unit on the east coast for them as his expertise continues to attract tender invitations.
