HUGO LANG launches website

Hugo Lang International was formed in 2007 to respond to client needs for a dedicated and tailored executive search service with the objectivity of research and process rigour.

We believe that a bespoke boutique environment enables us to have dedicated systems and to focus on this specialized service.  We are able to optimize performance and consultative service  by providing a high degree of iterative flexibility in delivery to achieve the successful outcomes with our business partners.

Our new website has been developed in response to our clients’ requests for access to information about Hugo Lang when referring our services to their business associates and colleagues, and we thank our clients for their business, their input to our Case Studies and their loyalty.

In response to market conditions, Hugo Lang is targeting new business in the resources and energy sector, including coal seam gas, oil and gas, power, water and infrastructure.

We are aware that demographic trends, skill shortages and sourcing specialized executives are again becoming the human capital focus with the launch of a number of large projects in these sectors, and our services are highly suited to the challenges inherent in identifying and sourcing these executives.

Executives, managers and technical professionals who are able to make cross sector transitions, particularly from other resource areas into the oil and gas, and coal seam gas and water sectors within Australia, will be highly regarded.   Initiatives to facilitate cross sector training and transitions will require the cooperation of industry, industry bodies, tertiary institutions and executive search firms, in order to recognize and respond the shifts in our current workforce and optimize these opportunities.
