Philosophically, we see our approach as establishing a close working partnership with our Client; with both parties working together positively to ensure success that meets or exceeds strategic expectations. For this reason we work to maintain regular contact throughout the course of the assignment, reviewing progress and making adjustments if and as necessary. Once the project is established, we provide regular updates that are brief but informative.

Confidentiality

We respect absolute confidentiality when dealing with the highly sensitive information provided by our clients and candidates.

Confidentiality works two ways as the majority of executives considered are currently in employment and it is vital that their position is not compromised in any way.
